Exchanges and Returns

REFUNDS

We are confident you will love your jewellery from Julia Rouge UK, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund for you.

In the first instance, please e-mail us at info@nulljuliarouge.com, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Julia Rouge UK or suppliers’ box along with your receipt.  

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that we currently do not offer free returns. Return postage is non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund Gift Vouchers.

For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Julia Rouge UK.  Therefore, on receipt of your goods, we might need to contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes this.

Goods must be packed securely in the original Julia Rouge UK or suppliers’ box along with your receipt. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that we currently do not offer free returns.  Return postage is non-refundable.  We will, however, bear the cost of any goods sent to you as an exchange.
